Working terms for the Founding Partner Pilot.
What the pilot is
A defined implementation engagement producing a Growth Baseline / Scorecard, Constraint Map, three to five Experiment Cards, a Weekly Growth OS, and a 90-Day Plan. Exact scope is confirmed at acceptance.
What the pilot is not
It is not unlimited coaching, custom software development, a finished self-paced course, or a guarantee of revenue, funding, conversion, or any other business result.
Applications and acceptance
Submitting an application does not create an agreement, guarantee acceptance, or create a payment obligation. Access to the pilot portal begins only after an accepted invitation and a verified payment event or an explicitly recorded manual grant.
Pricing, refunds, and VAT
Prices shown on the site are hypotheses and are not active commercial terms. Refund policy and VAT/fiscal treatment are intentionally not stated here and require professional review before publication.
Your responsibilities
