WCAG 2.2 AA is the working target for this site and the pilot portal.
What is implemented
Semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard operation, visible focus indicators, labelled form fields with help and error text, colour contrast targets, touch targets of at least 44px, responsive zoom, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Known gaps
Screen-reader and automated accessibility audits across every portal and admin screen have not yet been completed. Results will be recorded here rather than assumed.
