Privacy notice
This notice describes how information submitted through the Venturetrics application and pilot portal is handled.
What is collected
Application details you choose to provide: name, work email, optional business name and website, and concise free-text context about your offer, challenge, and capacity. Portal accounts additionally hold the structured work you create.
What you should not submit
Do not submit sensitive personal data, special-category information, credentials, confidential client data, or private coaching-platform data. Free-text fields are for concise operating context only.
Purpose of processing
Reviewing applications for fit, operating the pilot, and maintaining records required for security and accounting. Marketing messages require separate, explicit, optional consent that is off by default.
Consent and withdrawal
Operational contact, marketing, and analytics consents are recorded separately and can be withdrawn from your account area. Withdrawal history is retained as a record of the choice made.
Retention and requests
You can request an export or deletion of your data. Requests are verified and handled through a logged workflow. Records with legal, accounting, or security retention needs may be retained in minimised form, subject to review.
